Go Live
Property listed on MLS
Your home is publicly listed, live on my website, MLS, & syndicated to real estate search portals.
Exposure
Buyers Take Notice
We proactively market the property to potential buyers and partner agents. Showings should happen regularly.
Listing team will share feedback with you from potential buyers after each showing.
On Market
Making Adjustments
We monitor the market and work with you to formulate an adjustment strategy if we aren't seeing much activity (no showing requests or offers).
The Offer
Review, Compare & Negotiate Offers
Listing team reviews and compares any/all offers with you and can offer advice as needed.
Purchase contract is negotiated until all parties agree.
Escrow Opens
Initial Deposit & Contingencies
The buyer sends an initial deposit to demonstrate their commitment.
Buyer has the contingency period (typically agreed to in the contract) to:
- review disclosures
- conduct a physical inspection
- conduct an appraisal
- have financing approved
SOLD
Escrow Closes
Once the buyer agrees to release contingencies, and the lender funds the transaction (if applicable), escrow closes and we coordinate key handoff.
